I started my professional career at the Junker company, the world leader in grinding machine manufacturing, where I worked for four years as an electrician and international assembler. During this time, I mastered key technical skills and learned how to work in a dynamic and international environment, which was crucial for my further professional growth.

The next stage of my engineering career was working in the development office of TOS a.s., a traditional manufacturer of machine tools with a long history. At the TOS a.s. company I worked as a programmer for more than ten years, during which time I was involved in the development and optimization of advanced technologies. This long-term experience has enabled me to gain a deep technical knowledge and a comprehensive view into the world of CNC machines while improving my programming skills.

For the last ten years I have worked as a freelance professional programming industrial robots and machines, with my focus on Sinumerik control systems. This experience enabled me to combine technological expertise in robotics and machinery, which I consider indispensable for Industry 4.0.

My long-term objective is to create up-to-date and innovative machines that combine the latest technologies with efficient, practical solutions for automation and optimization in the field of CNC machines. I strive to combine precision engineering with intuitive and sustainable design reflecting the needs of modern industry.

Apart from the world of technology, I play sports such as football, tennis and foot tennis, which helps me keep physically and mentally fit. I also like to spend my free time with my family – my wife, daughter and son, who are not only my support but also a source of inspiration. I also like to travel, which allows me to discover new cultures and gain energy for my work.
