Partner - the Executive / CSO of the SinuCraft company
I am the founder of SinuCraft, a company that focuses on the development and production of advanced CNC machines based on industrial robots. My objective is to provide customers with innovative and efficient solutions that combine the benefits of robotics and CNC technology.
I obtained a secondary education in electrical engineering with a focus on automation and control technology. I received my Bachelor’s degree at the Technical University of Ostrava in the field of economy and waste management that I studied as distance study while working in a heating plant.
I gained my first work experience in a heating plant as a turbine machine engineer, where I became familiar with the principles of mechanical engineering and measurement and control systems. This work provided me with a solid foundation for further professional development in technical fields.
My career developed further at the Starcam company, where I worked as a systems engineer and was responsible for managing and programming Simatic and Sinumerik control systems for production machines. At Starcam I had my first encounter with an ABB industrial robot, an experience that has had a fundamental impact on my career and interest in robotics.
Subsequently, I worked at the Recticel company, where I actively applied my Simatic S7 programming knowledge in development and implementation of production machines for customers throughout Europe. In 2008 I lost my job during the economic crisis, which encouraged me to spend a year in Australia where I improved my English language skills and gained valuable life experience.
After my return, I took a position as a systems engineer at the Foxconn company, where I was responsible for installing a complex production line for printer cartridges. This project involved working with state-of-the-art technologies such as inspection camera systems controls by the Rockwell company and sonotrodic welding.
A key moment in my career was joining the Stäubli company, where I had the opportunity to fully develop my knowledge and fascination for industrial robotics. I started as an application engineer and later became a sales manager, and finally the Head of Robotics Division for the Czech Republic and Eastern Europe. This position allowed me to work with many major customers and participate in the development and implementation of cutting-edge robotics solutions.
With SinuCraft , I focus on developing the unique CNC workstations combining the flexibility of industrial robots with precision and functionality of CNC systems. Our solutions are designed to bring our customers increased productivity, reduced operating costs and greater flexibility in production. I have been fascinated by robotics since I was a child, when I first saw a welding robot in 1988. This experience made a deep impression on me and inspired me to pursue robotics to the fullest.
Apart from work, I am involved in a number of sports activities that help me maintain a balance between my work and personal life. I have played basketball since I was a child, and I enjoy football, tennis and skiing.
For the last more than 10 years, I have fallen in love with golf, which fascinates me with its complexity and the challenge of competing not only with opponents, but also with the difficulty of the course. On the golf course I always play against myself and the course, which perfectly matches my goal-oriented nature and constant desire to seek new challenges. My family and I love exploring
the outdoors, so in our free time we try to travel and explore new, unexplored places. My family has been an invaluable support and source of inspiration for me, thanks to which I manage to balance work and personal development.
The SinuCraft is the result of my vision to combine advanced technology, innovation and years of experience to serve the growth and success of our customers. Our motto “CNC by Robot” reflects our philosophy and commitment to excellence.
